Essay Grading
During the selection process, there are multiple phases, and one of them includes the evaluation of essays. To make it a impartial as possible, every essay is graded by 2-3 people.
Having more volunteers guarantees more impartiality and allows the UWC El Salvador Community to grade the candidates with more care and with different viewpoints.
Remember, the more the better! And the more the merrier!
